Acknowledged that people are the core competitive capacity, as a learning organization, Ginwave fosters an environment where employees can constantly develop their skills and knowledge. Participation in training and skills development programs are encouraged.
In addition, for any freshman, we provide pre-service training included company overview, organizational culture, communication skills and so on. We believe that experience from people's job make an important contribution to learning. Therefore, our people also have plenty of opportunities for on-the-job training and continuously receive new input from the seminars, conferences and workshops that we arrange and take part in.
For the purpose of ensuring the highest quality of our in-house training programs, participants are asked to evaluate the teaching they have received at the end of every completed course.
